CNP’s Cream of Rice is a premium source of complex carbohydrates, perfect for pre- or post-workout nutrition. Each 25g serving delivers approximately 18g of carbohydrates, offering a sustained energy release. Instructions for Use:

• Serving Size: 1 scoop (25g) or 2 scoops (50g).

• Preparation: Add the desired amount to a microwaveable bowl. Slowly add boiling water while stirring until the desired consistency is achieved. Allow to cool before consuming.
